This blog is mostly for updates on Cade, but also the lives of our family. About three weeks ago my employer decided he found "a way out" of Huntington. He implied that work would last until mid-December, but decided the Monday before Thanksgiving was my last official day. It is a very confusing time. It couldn't be planned worse, with the rules of unemployment we'll have to wait almost three weeks to get a weeks worth of pay. Could it be more inconvenient?!? Christmas is right around the corner. This will truly force us to focus on the true meaning of Christmas, which is not a bad thing. At all. On a positive note I get to spend more time with Cade for now.
On to better things...
Cade is wonderful. He is hillarious. He is perfect. We've moved him up to the next food. That was trial and error. He didn't like the meats and hadtrouble swallowing...but he has to learn. He did better once he had green beans and rice. He is growing up way too fast! As for crawling, we're still waiting. He pushes himself backwards, but can't get the hang of forward. He loves to fake cough, especially if you return the favor. Screeching and squealing is soon to be on the top of his favorite list. He loves to "clap" and he loves to wave his arms and legs in excitement.
I'm off to pack for our weekend trip to Gatlinburg with our friends Michael, Hillary & London. I plan to take a hundred thousand pictures- so watch out. Hopefully I'll have blogging on my iPhone mastered and I'll try to do some quick pics while we are there.
