This is the beginning of the end, we are in our third trimester. Amazing. According to one of my frequented visited websites Cade should have eyelashes, eyebrows, and hair. His eyes have formed and have begun to open, he can also recognized our voices. He probably only weighs two pounds, but should be a little over a foot long!
This week has been a snowy week, Tuesday even Joe stayed home from work. That was the day we decided to put a few things together. So our new stroller and pack-n-play are together, so is the bassinet we have. It is slow moving and bit messy around here, but things are coming together. Yesterday we registered at Target for our "necessities" and a bit more. There were a few things we forgot, but added later, and a few things we didn't "need" but just had to scan. It seems every time we step near the baby section we can't hardly control ourselves. I couldn't even begin to describe the amount of ADORABLE clothes we have purchased, just over the past week alone! Yesterday we stopped by Kohls, but soon after an armful of clothes we had to both avert our eyes and run for it. We couldn't stop.
According to the wives tale, Cade should have a lot of hair, with all the heart burn I have had this week. Friday is the next midwife appointment, I guess then we'll see how much more he has grown. My nights are already growing shorter, but my days are getting more tiring. I'm in training, but I know no matter how much training for sleepless nights... I still won't be prepared.
Our families have been nothing but supportive, and I couldn't even begin to thank them enough. Our support system seems to be endless and I couldn't thank God enough.
